A method devised to fortify, stretch and reshape the body introducing a variety of acrobatic movements for their use in a dance context.
Kinaesthetics uses a holistic perspective on movement-health development focusing in the correct execution and incorporation of acrobatic elements in dance and fitness programs.
KINAESTHETICS
The class seamlessly blends music, rhythm, acrobatics motor coordination and dynamic stability exercises in an effort to help any participant build the strength needed to perform and incorporate such elements in dance choreographies and expressive dance.
Alternatively, by its own, this system challenges and attracts people who desire an unconventional, demanding yet amusing form of exercise.

Strenght, Balance, Stability
Since acrobatics is a physically demanding activity, focus is being given to the development of strength, balance and stability. Therefore core stability exercises are used in order to strengthen and coordinate the main muscle groups that are responsible for keeping the body stable and balanced.
Stretching & Flexibility
Dynamic, developmental and PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) stretching exercises are used to protect the muscles, decrease the risk of injuries, reduce muscle soreness and Delayed Onset muscle Soreness (DOMS) and increase flexibility.
Aerobic & Anaerobic Elements
Combining aerobic with anaerobic elements of exercises and enhancing them with proprioceptive training, Kinaesthetics can reinforce balance, coordination, stamina and consciousness upon movement.
